Hello My Charmers! This month's BOXYCHARM was spectacular!! There seriously was not a dud in this box. Usually from my subscription boxes I get one or two things I am super excited about and then the rest are items that I'm like 'ok I can use this' although I wouldn't necessarily go out rushing to purchase. This box, however, had me doing cartwheels - no kidding!
Quick rundown on BOXYCHARM. BOXYCHARM is a monthly subscription beauty box that unlike many others, they offer all full size beauty products. You can purchase a box on a month to month basis for $21.00, or you can get a more discounted price by opting to get a 3month subscription for $19.66 p/mo, a 6 month subscription for $19.33 p/mo or a 12 month subscription for $19.25 per month. These subscriptions renew automatically - but you can cancel at anytime.
Ok, so in this month's BOXYCHARM I received:
Marula Pure Marula Face Oil - $58.00 www.marula.com
This face oil is amazeballs! I love the texture, my skin - my OILY skin soaks this right in! It is said that marula oil has more antioxidants than argan oil and frankly I am sold. Although my skin is oily especially in the T-Zone area, my under eyes are really dry. Since I have been using this oil my under eye area is much more supple looking and surprisingly my skin is looking dewy and not super shiny like it always does. This is definitely now a staple in my beauty regimen.
Crown Brush C513 Pro Detail Crease Brush - $12.99 - www.crownbrush.com
Crown Brush has the most amazing brushes at what I consider to be such a great price! The bristles are super soft and make eyeshadow application so much easier. The way the brush is shaped, it fits so nicely in the crease of your eyelid. I have other Crown Brush products and I recommend if you have not tried this brand - give it a go. They have brush sets, single brushes and eyeshadow palettes that are so great!
Studio Makeup Eyeshadow Palette - $49.95 www.studio-makeup.com
This is a super versatile palette that lets you do a natural look during the day, and rock a smoky eye if you so choose at night. The portability of this palette is so great as they have taken the most essential colors and put them in this super compact palette, instead of giving you a mish mash of colors. I was actually bummed because there was another On the Go Palette featured in the September 2016 box and I missed it! Imagine my frustration when I swatched this palette only to find the formulation was creamy with such great pigmentation lol!!
Bellapierre Kiss Proof Lip Creme - $20.00 www.bellapierre.com
This is a full coverage, high impact lipstick that lasts for hours. I received the liquid lipstick in antique pink and to tell you the truth I was a bit worried that this color was not going to go well with my olive toned skin. I was pleasantly surprised as this antique pink has kind of like a terracotta undertone that meshes well with any skin color. Another thumbs up product!
Makeup Geek Blush Powders - $10.00 www.makeupgeek.com
Makeup Geek makes blushes that are well pigmented and with a great formulation. I recieved the blush pan in the color Romance - a pinky coral color. It is so natural looking on my skin tone and for those that do not know or don't have the time to do the whole bronze/blush/highlight thing, then this blush is perfect as it does have a highlighting effect!
Below I have swatched the Bellapierre and the Makeup Geek blush to give you an idea on how it looks on olive toned skin.

Ok so to recap - I know I sound like a broken record with this box, but really really all the products in this box were winners! I could not be happier with the selection BOXYCHARM has made for this month. I really think November will be tough to beat - but lets see what the December box brings!
